Terms and Conditions for Newly Subscribed Vendors
Welcome to MulaChannels! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform as a newly subscribed vendor. By registering and using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Vendor Registration and Account
1.1. To become a vendor, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
1.3. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to register as a vendor.
1.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized activity.
2. Listing Vehicles for Sale
2.1. You agree to list only vehicles that you legally own or have the authority to sell.
2.2. All vehicle listings must include accurate and truthful information, including but not limited to:
- Make, model, year, and mileage
- Condition of the vehicle
- Any known defects or damages
- Clear and recent photos of the vehicle
2.3. Prohibited vehicles include stolen vehicles, vehicles with salvage titles (unless disclosed), and vehicles that do not meet legal or safety standards.
2.4. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
3. Pricing and Payments
3.1. You are responsible for setting the price of your vehicles. Prices must be fair and comply with applicable laws.
3.2. MulaChannels may charge a commission or subscription fee for using the platform. Details of these fees will be provided during registration or in a separate agreement.
3.3. Payments from buyers will be processed through the platform, and funds will be released to you according to our payment schedule, minus any applicable fees.
3.4. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with the sale of your vehicles.
4. Transactions and Buyer Interactions
4.1. You agree to communicate professionally and honestly with potential buyers.
4.2. Any agreements or transactions made outside the platform are at your own risk, and MulaChannels is not responsible for disputes arising from such transactions.
4.3. You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is transferred to the buyer with all necessary documentation, including title transfer, bill of sale, and any other required paperwork.
5. Prohibited Activities
5.1. You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Misrepresenting vehicles or providing false information
- Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Harassing, spamming, or engaging in unethical behavior with buyers or other vendors
- Circumventing the platform’s payment system or fees
5.2. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
6.1. MulaChannels acts as a platform to connect buyers and sellers and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the vehicles listed.
6.2. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions between vendors and buyers.
6.3. You agree to indemnify and hold MulaChannels harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
7. Termination
7.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.
7.2. Upon termination, you must remove all vehicle listings and settle any outstanding fees or obligations.
7.3. We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
8. Amendments to Terms
8.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Namibia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of law.
