- Vehicle Sales: Approved vehicles are listed for sale on the website. Mula Channels Trading (Pty) Ltd does not guarantee the sale of any vehicle.
- Offers: Users may submit offers on vehicles, which are forwarded to the vehicle owner for review.
6. Submission and Approval of Vehicles
- All vehicle submissions are subject to approval by Mula Channels Trading (Pty) Ltd.
- The Company reserves the right to reject or remove any vehicle listing that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
7. Payment and Pricing
- Prices for vehicles listed on the website are set by the seller and may be subject to negotiation through offers.
- Payment methods for purchases will be agreed upon between the buyer and seller, and Mula Channels Trading (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any transaction issues.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
- Once a vehicle is sold, all sales are final. Refunds are not permitted unless agreed upon by the seller and buyer.
- Cancellations of pending car submissions may be made before approval by the admin.
9. Limitation of Liability
